Sealcoating

Before a patron enters into your building the first thing they see is your parking lot. Its essentially your establishment’s welcome mat. A freshly sealcoated parking lot gives a red carpet feel to the entrance of your building immediately conveying credibility.

Asphalt should be protected with sealcoat every 1-2 years to avoid costly repairs such as cracks, pot holes, and even replacement. We use GemSeal sealcoating on all of our projects to ensure our customers get the very best coverage available and provide a product that will last. Cracks can be filled with rubberized sealants and pot holes can be repaired for a competitive rate prior to sealcoating.

Sealcoating Drive Thrus

At Lines & Signs we understand how important it is to keep generating revenue even throughout the upgrade process. For the last two decades we have specialized in lots with drive thrus by completing projects in sections with custom routes that leave your drive thru open for the duration of the project. Whether you have a busy fast food restaurant or a bank or pharmacy or any other drive thru, we will make sure that your operation continues to flow and leave more dollars in your pocket at the end.

Slurry

Some parking lots have significant damage or require additional protection due to a high volume of traffic. Those lots should consider using a slurry coat which goes on thicker with more aggregate to fill in those gaps more thoroughly. We have slurry machines that apply this sealcoat mix efficiently to protect your investment from crumbling with a hearty shield.

Thermoplastic

Paint striping can last for 6 months to 3 years depending on the conditions and traffic patterns. Thermoplastic striping typically lasts 5-10 years in duration, which is why it is commonly used for state and municipal roads and highways. Lines & Signs is very familiar with state and local guidelines to make sure your end product results in happy inspectors and a happy you. We use DOT grade thermoplastic material and applied to DOT standards on every application(many of our competitors use .90 mil C/C grade), which is just another way that we go above and beyond on every project for our clients.

Striping

We can paint most anything. From a fast food restaurant to airport lots with hundreds or thousands of spaces to indoor warehousing or industrial spaces. We keep dozens of national companies’ unique stencils on hand and can get stencils custom fabricated for your project with enough lead time. We work with contractors and property managers all throughout the state of Florida on various sized projects, so there’s a good chance we can get yours done regardless of the requirements.

Grinding

In addition to striping your lot, we can also remove old or faded paint by grinding it off. Often times it makes it confusing for drivers to see outdated arrows or parking lines increasing the risk of an accident or an inefficient traffic flow. If you’re sealcoating your project, previous paint will eventually surface so it’s important to nip those old markings in the bud before they become a problem.
